1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons water
8 (6 inch) flour tortillas
1 cup Crisco vegetable shortening
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
2/3 cup mild salsa
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sliced black olives

Preheat over to 400 degrees. Brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Add salt, onions, paprika, black pepper, chili powder and water. Let simmer over medium heat 8-10 minutes.
