LOADED HASHBROWN POTATOES
IHOP Copycat Recipe
2 cold baked potatoes
1/2 cup of breakfast meat, diced and cooked
1/2 cup of cheese, shredded
1/4 cup vegetables, cooked and diced
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 teaspoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Dice the potatoes and leave the skin on. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and season with salt. Put in the cooked meat and top with cheese. Cover with a lid and simmer for 6-8 minutes until the potatoes are warm and the cheese melts.
