BBQ PULLED PORK SLIDERS
Applebee's Copycat Recipe

2 pounds pork tenderloin (or 4 pounds pork shoulder)
2 tablespoons sweet onion, minced
12 ounces Dr. Pepper(1 can or bottle)
18 ounces BBQ sauce (1 bottle)
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
cayenne powder to taste
8 slider buns, lightly toasted


Pierce the pork with a fork. Rub the pork with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place the pork and onion in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or until pork easily shreds. Drain well and stir in BBQ sauce. Cook for additional 1 hour.
